Wk 1 Day 4 and 5 My Cloth-riffic task.

For the next 2 days I had to think about how many items of clothing I can put on my body at one time.  Clothing items must be the right item for the body part, eg hats on heads, jackets on torso, shoes on feet etc. Items must be fully on.
When I am finished this task I need to take a photo`of what I look like and blog about my experience.

Day one I thought I would have some fun in the clothes I was in.  This fun involved riding my bike through a huge muddy puddle!!!

Here is a video and some pictures of me riding my bike.  Have you biked through a large puddle before?  Did you look like me when you had finished?

This was my clothes after my bike riding.  A perfect time for a clothes challenge now.

Day 2 challenge day:

It is now challenge day which is Friday! I decided to do the challenge in the morning, because it's not so hot. I think I could put on 60 items.
This is my before photo:

First item I put on was my swimming togs, then;
Knicker  10
Tights  9
Singlets  7
Dresses  8
Skirts  5
Nighties  2
T Shirt  9
Cardie  4
Wrap  1
Hi Vis  2
Scarves  2
Hankies  3
Superhero capes  3
Pairs of socks  5
Sunglasses  1
Swimming caps  2
Gloves  3
Shoes  1
Sun hat  6
-------------------------
My total is 84

This is what I looked like after:

My dad kept the tally and my mum dressed me up.  I felt very weird and I felt like I was going to fall over with so many clothes on. I could put more on but I was to hot and uncomfortable.   I am proud of myself because I put on more than I thought I could of.

MY FREEDOM:

How many do you think you could put on?

  1. Hi Lucy,

I actually have no words. 84 items of clothing? Wow!!! This is a very seriously impressive result.

It was a great idea to start with your swimming costume. I'm glad you had your Mum to help you put the items on as I bet this simple job became very very difficult. I am also glad your Dad was there to count each item as I think it would be very easy to forget what number you are up to.

Your blog post has a really catchy title and it explains the process you went through with this challenge so well done with this too.

Riding your bike through the mud looked like such fun! I know lots of people enjoy doing this very thing.

As per always, I really can't wait to see what you will come up with for the next class challenge

    Mrs Taylor :)

  2. My goodness Lucy. I think you must have set some sort of record with 84 items of clothes. I expect you got very hot.

I love the picture of you on your bike. You must have been going at a fast speed not to stop in the middle and go for a swim instead of a ride.

It brings a smile to my fafe to see you having so much fun using your imagination and doing things.

I hope you have a happy and safe weekend.

    Kind regards
    Mr R
